ACCUMEN is a Belgian Headhunting Office specialised in recruiting and selecting all kinds of profiles (except IT) for small, medium and large companies. We have an international approach with offices in Belgium, Luxembourg and France.

THE FUNCTION

We are looking for young, dynamic people to join our team. As a Recruiter you search for suitable candidates with the right competences matching our client's needs. To attain the best results you will not only use classic recruitment methods but you can be creative and build up your own network by using modern tools.

• You are the very first contact towards our candidates to represent the ACCUMEN philosophy.
• You will be guiding them to work together with us by advising them in their further career path.
• You will gain extensive knowledge and interest in different areas.
• You are in direct contact with the candidate guiding the recruitment process

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Young, ambitious with a commercial attitude combined with a strong personality
• Result-oriented & driven
• Flexible
• Higher educated (first relevant experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills (Dutch or French + English)
