Frederick De Sloover

Frederick De Sloover has more than 20 years extensive business management experience. In his previous functions he has been responsible for the sales delivery on an EMEA level. He has held these functions with overall responsibility for the P&L. On a last mission Frederick was the General manager for a public listed solutions company. Mid-August 2005 he has joined ITELCO as 1 of the 2 operational partners. Since then ITELCO has been growing their footprint with several offices across Europe and in 2009 ITELCO has implemented its operational office in Dubai, this to cover the Middle East, Africa, India and Asia. Frederick has gained a wealth of experience and it continuously strengthening his professional network on a global scale.

Throughout his career he has been building up experience growing, structuring and building business and teams. Frederick has completed his education in the US where his family has been residing since 1986.

Kris Deroo  has more than 20 years extensive ICT experience. Kris started his career with Coopers & Lybrand consulting as business consultant followed by several years at SAP in different roles. In 1998, Kris co-founded founded EOZEN where he was also the CEO until en 2010. Besides several management missions he has decided to join forces with Frederick De Sloover in order to bring their expertise to the recruitment market. As the CEO of EOZEN he has worked closely together with Frederick finding the right talents. This for permanent, contracting and “try & hire” profiles.
